Rina is the founder and managing partner of IndonLegal Works. She advises on Indonesian corporate and commercial, financing and regulatory matters.
She has worked in Singapore for more than 20 years, mainly with large international law firms serving multinational corporations. Her experience includes managing and negotiating medium- and large-scale transactions and working alongside corporate teams and international counsel.
Her approach combines Indonesian legal analysis with an understanding of the commercial, cultural and cross-border considerations around a matter.
